Refunds and Returns Policy for Digital Products

This policy applies specifically to digital products like our premium icon packs and outlines the terms for revisions, approvals, refunds, and usage rights.

License and Usage Rights (Personal Use Only):

When you purchase any of our digital products, including the premium icon packs, you are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only. This means the product is intended solely for your personal projects and should not be used for commercial purposes, such as in business, for clients, or in any revenue-generating activities.

We understand that sometimes the line between personal and commercial use can be blurred, so if you are unsure about how you can use the product, feel free to contact us for clarification. However, please be mindful that any unauthorized commercial use is not permitted under this license.

Personal Use Guidelines:

We kindly ask that you respect these license terms. We’ve worked hard to create these digital products, and limiting them to personal use helps us continue to provide high-quality resources at fair prices. If we discover that a product has been used commercially without proper authorization, we may need to take further steps to protect our work, including reaching out to resolve the issue. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines!

Design Approval Process:

Before receiving the final digital product, you will be provided with a screenshot preview of the design. This allows you to review and approve it before delivery. Once you approve the design, no refunds will be issued. Please take the time to ensure that the design meets your expectations before giving approval.

Revisions Policy:

We allow for one design revision based on your feedback. If additional revisions are needed beyond this, an extra fee will apply. Clear communication from the beginning helps minimize the need for multiple revisions.

Refund Process:

If the design is not approved at the preview stage, you can request a refund. However, a 20% deduction will be made to cover the design work already completed. Once the design is approved and the final product delivered, refunds will no longer be possible.

Non-Refundable Items:

Any custom digital product after approval.

Sale or discounted digital products.

Backup Responsibility:

Once the final product has been delivered, it is your responsibility to keep a backup of the files. We do not offer file recovery services, so be sure to store the product safely.

Download Issues:

In case of any issues while downloading the digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to offer assistance with download problems.
