Your use of the Anatove App signifies your unequivocal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, we respectfully request that you abstain from accessing or using Anatove.

License and App Usage:

1.1. License Grant: AICHROM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and utilize the Anatove App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Usage Restrictions: By utilizing Anatove, you agree not to modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Anatove App. Furthermore, you shall not tamper with, alter, or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Anatove.

User Content:

2.1. Content Submission: Anatove facilitates user-generated content (“User Content”), such as themes, wallpapers, and widgets. By submitting User Content, you grant AICHROM a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to utilize, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content.

2.2. Ownership Representation: By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit such content. Additionally, you affirm that your User Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Data Privacy:

3.1. Privacy Policy: AICHROM is committed to safeguarding your privacy and protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy elucidates our practices concerning the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your data. By utilizing Anatove, you expressly consent to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3.2. Data Security: While AICHROM implements robust security measures to protect your data, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with data transmission over the internet. AICHROM shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, your personal information, unless such access or disclosure results from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Intellectual Property Rights:

4.1. Ownership: Anatove, including its content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of AICHROM and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2. Trademarks: Anatove and its associated logos are trademarks owned by AICHROM. Unauthorized usage of these trademarks is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from AICHROM.

4.3. Copyright: All content accessible through Anatove, including themes, wallpapers, and widgets, is protected by copyright laws. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works based on, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit such content without explicit authorization from the respective copyright holders.

4.4. Ownership of Original Logos, Marks, and Photos: Please note, all original logos, marks, and photos belong to their respective owners.

4.5. User Content: You acknowledge and agree that AICHROM does not claim ownership over User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant AICHROM a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with Anatove.

Limitation of Liability:

5.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: Anatove is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. AICHROM disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of Anatove or its content.

5.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AICHROM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use Anatove.

5.3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AICHROM, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use or misuse of Anatove, your User Content, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Dispute Resolution:

6.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to Anatove or these Terms and Conditions, including their formation, interpretation, breach, termination, or validity, shall be exclusively resolved by arbitration administered by the Indian Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Delhi, India.

Severability:

7.1 .If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

Amendments:

8.1 AICHROM reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Anatove App. Your continued use of Anatove following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Entire Agreement:

9.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and AICHROM regarding Anatove, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

9.2 BY ACCESSING AND CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICE, USERS ACCEPT ANY CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE THAT ALL STATEMENTS MADE IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE CORRECT AND TRUE.

Pricing and Refund Policy:

10.1. Pricing: AICHROM may offer certain features or services within Anatove for a fee. Any pricing information shall be clearly displayed within Anatove. By purchasing such features or services, you agree to pay the specified fees.

10.2. Refund Policy: AICHROM may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds for purchases made within Anatove in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Requests for refunds must be submitted to AICHROM within the specified refund period, accompanied by valid reasons for the request.

Responsibility of Users:

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of Anatove and any User Content submitted through Anatove. You agree to:

11.1. Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations;

11.2. Refrain from using Anatove for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;

11.3. Respect the rights of other users and refrain from engaging in conduct that may harm or infringe upon the rights of others.

Updates and Notifications to User:

12.1 AICHROM may provide updates, notifications, or other communications to users regarding Anatove. By using Anatove, you consent to receive such communications.

No Warranty:

13.1 AICHROM makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Anatove or its performance. Your use of Anatove is at your own risk.

Disclaimer:

14.1 AICHROM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
